The Solution:
Phase1 - Customer outsourced all paper manuals and aviation maintenance records to Data2CD for scanning and storage onto a compliant DVD archive. Master records database is kept at corporate office for securing an on-site backup and local maintanance locations utilize DVD copies for portablity when requiring access to manuals and maintanance records off-site where internet access is unavailable
