Annual increases in the expense of maintenance on antiquated equipment used to copy and print large E-sized survey drawings, and costly duplication and distrubution expenses.
Phase1 - All of the survey drawings are scanned using wide-format scanners. Customer's land records database is imported to data2cd content management software; scanned blueprints are merged together with land records data. Custom database is created for searching, viewing, and archiving land records on the content management system. Phase 2 - Customer uses the content management application on Data2CD cloud to gain access to land records and survey drawings in the field. A portable DVD library was created for backup access when internet services are unavailable.
