Annual increases in the expense of handling and refiling paper documents, maintenance of antiquated equipment used to store paper files, and costly duplication and distrubution expenses. The volume of paper files was a bottleneck for customer service to support thier patrons and employees in a timely and cost effective manner.
Phase1 - The customer provides Data2CD with a master billing record file to create a custom database. Phase 2 - Backfiled paper records are outsouced to Data2CD for scanning. During the scanning process meta data is extracted and validated against the master billing file to generate the completed database. The custom database is imported into the customer's document imaging system.
